The first time Kelly walked down into our new basement he said "Hey we could put a pool table down here." Since then he has brought it up once or twice randomly, but never made a big issue out of it. While we were in town doing some errands a couple weeks ago he wanted to stop and just look at them and price them. I knew when we walked into the store that we would walk out the proud owner's of a new pool table. I was okay with that, I've wanted to learn how to play. So yes, we now have a pool table. 
We had to wait a week and a half before they could set it up. They came and set it up a week ago. Kelly's sister and brother came to help us try it out. 
It wasn't really a party, but we still had fun. We have played on it a lot. I really enjoy it, although I'm not very good at it yet. Every once in a while I impress myself, but that is usually short lived. So if you are ever in town stop by and we can have a pool party.

I didn't get a chance to get a buck this year, but I drew on a cow elk hunt so I got an elk instead. 
This is only my second year to hunt, and last year I didn't shoot anything, so this was my first kill (it sounds so bad when you word it that way). Anyway, my husband was so proud and excited. I was pretty excited too.
We are going to have plenty of meat in our freezer.
