We went this morning and had our ultrasound. It was exciting. It's fun to see the baby moving around, and to be reassured that it has all it's arms, legs, and etc. All of the measurements looked good, and I am right on schedule. She said the baby is about 11oz. .....GIRL!!! (See there are no extra parts.) The ultrasound tech kept commenting on how much she moves around. Here are a few pictures. This one she is on her back and it's a profile, head, nose mouth, and belly.
The thing right above her face is her hand. She liked them up there, and I think she was even sucking her thumb at one point. This one was the best 3D one she could get. Because of her hands and the umbilical cord right in her face, we couldn't get a front view just a profile. I'm sure you can see her forehead, nose, lips, and the blob right under her chin is her fist.
Anyway it was pretty exciting.
