Really fast

I have to be really fast because I need to get to work. Tyree is still asleep for just a min, and I haven't updated forever. Here it is in a nutshell. Our summer has just flown by, but it has been awesome. We have been so busy working and on the weekends enjoying the warm weather. Our 4th of July was awesome. We both had some time off so we went to some BBQ's, and to the rodeo. I have been playing on a golf league all summer with my girlfriend. We actually did pretty good. We ended up first in points overall for the league. At the final tournament I got 3rd in my flight ( or grouping according to your handicap), and I got the longest drive. It was a lot of fun. Now I am playing coed softball until the end of Sept.  Kelly is still great, his work keeps him really busy. He got to judge a few rodeos, and is looking forward to hunting season. He loves his little girl, and is such an amazing father. Speaking of the little girl, I could go on, and on. She has changed so much, and does the cutest things ever. I don't have time right now, maybe the next post, so I will just hit the highlights. Tyree is the cutest thing you have ever seen. People stop me and tell me how pretty she is. She babbles all the time, although she doesn't say any real words except "dadda", "ma", and "go". She just got her 7th tooth, no more baby food. She eats whatever we eat, especially if it's on our plate. I just need to get her off formula and on real milk. Tyree is walking now, after a month or so of walking around furniture she finally took off this week. Also I put her hair in her first ponytail this week. She is a little copycat already. For all of my sisters, she loves shoes. She brings you her shoes to put on, or she tries to put on your shoes if they are laying there. Tyree loves to be outside, and she sticks everything in her mouth, dirt, grass, flowers, rocks. Also she LOVES animals. We are trying to teach her "gentle" because she has started pulling ears and tails. She is growing up so fast, I can't believe she is almost one. I will try to get a post up after Labor Day when I have a little more time.

Bath Time!!

Bath time is so much fun!!
Tyree loves taking baths, and she does such a good job. She is not scared. Showers are not her favorite. I think they make her a little nervous, but she still does a good job. The other day she had her first bath with cousins. The 3 of them did well, Gideon was so good at keeping his arm behind her so she didn't fall over.
In other news everything here is the same. Tyree is growing so fast, 9 months already. She is about 18 lbs and 27 inches. She crawls everywhere and has started puling herself up to standing. In addition to her two bottom teeth, she is getting 3 on the top. One of the very front ones is missing, I hope it catches up or she is going to look funny, but cute. Already she is a little copycat. If you make a face she tries to make it, if you spit she will try. Nothing in my house is safe anymore, as I'm watching her dump all of the magazines out of the basket. I am amazed all of the time at how smart she is, and how fast she can learn something. She is happy all the time. She loves to talk, and sing, and wave her arms. When she wakes up she doesn't even cry, you just hear her in there talking to herself.
As you all know Kelly and I are outside people, so we just take her along and she loves it. As long as she can be doing what ever you are doing she is happy. We went fishing for Fathers day. It was her first time on the boat but she loved it. She kept trying to grab the fish we caught. So things are going really well, and hopefully we have a lot of great summer adventures ahead of us.

A little bit of everything.

So everything is going really well. Tyree is growing like crazy. She still only has the two teeth on the bottom, but they are so cute when she smiles big. She loves to roll, and can get anything she wants that way. I can't believe how happy she is all the time. Super smiley and she loves to talk, and sing, it's awesome! Also she loves to eat. I haven't found much she doesn't like. Anything she can feed herself she loves. I could sit and watch her feed herself all day. It's so cute.
Easter was great. It was nice to have Uncle Ryan here. That morning we got up and Tyree got into her basket, and then we went and had breakfast at Aunt Cali's. I don't have any pictures of her in a dress because she was asleep when we went to church so I didn't want to wake her.

A couple of weeks ago we branded cows. It was her first branding, and she loved all the action.
She got to wear these super cute boots. I've been waiting for her to have a chance to wear them. I know Mother's Day isn't for a few more days, but I already got my gift. It's a greenhouse! I don't have a picture yet but I will get one. It's not a permanent one, just something I can put up to get my flowers started in the spring. It's great, I love it.

Update

I don't have very many pictures but we have kept pretty busy the last few weeks. Cami and her kids have been her so we have been busy playing with the cousins. It's so fun to spend time with my sisters and their kids. We have been steelhead fishing again. It was so fun as usual, although we didn't catch anything. Last weekend was my 29th birthday. It was a blast!! We got to golf and hang out with friends. We also had birthday dinner on Sunday with the family. Tyree is growing up so fast. She rolls all over the place and has for awhile. She hasn't figured out how to crawl yet, which is probably a good thing. You can tell she really wants to move. She is still full of smiles and giggles. It is so fun to watch her little personality develop. It is fun to watch her get fascinated with something and try to figure it out. We started her on baby food a couple weeks ago. Only a little a couple times a day. Everyday she eats a little more. She has one tooth now. I keep trying to get a picture, but I can't. That's it for now so I will try to keep you updated.

Fishing Trips!!

It's steelhead fishing time again. Having a baby makes it a little difficult to go, but Kelly and I were able to steal away last Sunday. He bought me a new rod and reel, and apparently we got a good one because I out fished him. We both caught a really nice one, but they were native fish so we had to release them. We did however get a few we could keep. We had a blast and enjoyed the time together.

Baby Blessing

On Feb. 11 we had Tyree's baby blessing. It was so great!! We were so blessed to have our families here. I was very glad that my parents could come out and my father could do the blessing. The blessing was beautiful, other than she cried the whole time. After the blessing we ate some lunch and then just visited. My dad gave the blessing and the priesthood holders that stood in were our Bishop Blaine Ball (who is actually a cousin of the Crystals), Brandon Ball, Grandpa Demont Crystal, and two of my brother inlaws Travis, and Jake. The Crystal side. The Cunningham side. Kelly's cousin Brandon and his wife Denise had twin boys 6 weeks before Tyree. We had such a nice visit the whole weekend. Thanks everyone for coming.

Skye was right!

I want you all to go to Skye's blog, find your Zodiac sign, and read your forecast. I have to say I am starting to become a believer. A week or two ago Skye posted how it was the end of the year of the rabbit, if only she knew how right she was. It was only a few days later that our beloved family pet rabbit, Lola, was taken from this life (by a dog). For those of you who are not familiar with Lola, I will give you quick run down of her life. 3 years ago Kelly gave me this cute, little, white, fluff ball, bunny for my birthday. I litter box trained her so she lived in the house with us. Slowly the small bunny became a large rabbit, the white fluff liked to shed, and although she was completely potty trained, we could not seem to break her of chewing on everything. So, after about 10 months she became an outside rabbit. It was better because our house was to warm for her with all that fur. She was trained enough by then that we could turn her loose and she would stay in the yard(even though we don't have a fence) until we put her up at night. She loved to dig holes in the snow in the winter, and lay in the cool grass in the summer. I was constantly chasing her out of the flower beds, they were like candy to her. A week ago we had turned her out, and as I was pulling out of the driveway I noticed a strange dog. Then I noticed he was literally eating my rabbit. Although part of me was very sad, I have to smile because she lived a good life. Even if she was wishing she was in better shape, I know she died a free, wild rabbit. Farewell Lola!
